Meet your host
Chef Roberto Bernardinello grew up in Milan, where his life in food began in his family’s kitchen. He cooks in that tradition: honest, simple, and built on exceptional ingredients.
Music became his other craft. He performed on Italian television and in clubs from Milan to London before making Wichita home, bringing with him two ways of connecting people: food and music.
Today, Roberto is a private chef and Italian cooking instructor based in Wichita, Kansas. He teaches at Mark Arts and Prairie Hill Vineyard, and brings his Italian hospitality to private dinners and celebrations in Wichita and the surrounding area.
For those who wish, a live jazz interlude can become part of the gathering, thoughtfully arranged around the meal and conversation.
